Hostaria Stellina is an historical tavern located in one of the most famous area of Rome : Garbatella. Here you can still live the real soul of the ancient Rome. Many gourmet meals made with attention and cure, like our tasty codfish. Besides first and second courses with sides the menu boasts many amazing specialties of the sea.

The ingredients are very high quality: the fish comes in fresh everyday thanks to the collaboration with the Cooperative of Fishermen of Anzio while meat and bread come from the best producers of the surrounding territory.

The signature dish of Hostaria Stellina is the amazing sliced or round pizza, both of them are made with the original roman dough: the ideal food for every moment of the day. For lunch it is possible to choose among a quick set menu or a rich buffet of first courses, second courses with sides of vegetables or to taste the amazing sliced pizza.

There are many specialties a la carte added to many daily.

Among the daily dishes, always creative and well made, we have first courses like: Tagliatelle with orate, taggiasca olive and thyme croutons; Paccheri seafood gricia; Spaghetti with arugula pesto and raw prawns; Paccheri with aubergines and salted ricotta; Paccheri with fresh tuna and taggiasca olives. Among the second courses you’ll find: filleted orate; Codfish with orange juice, pinenuts and raisin; fried prawns and calamari; Steak with red Martini and caramelized onions; Saltimbocca our way.

All of our dishes are made with cure and with fresh ingredients which are combined with tasty sides like grilled vegetables, salads and many more. Dulcis in fundo there are desserts: every dessert is handmade, like Tiramisu, Yogurt froth with fruit and crumble, Millefoglie and the Zabaglione semifreddo with strawberries coulis; all the desserts are accompanied by Passito from Pantelleria and Moscato from Nettuno.
